Through the season of Lent, we follow Jesus through the wilderness in preparation for the Resurrection. We fast, pray and work, not to stay where we are in life, but to get to the other side.
The focus is to intentionally “center down” and create space for release of difficult emotions in the heart space so that more healing, peace and love can enter in. Hope you’ll join us! Come dressed comfortably with your yoga mat, small blanket and open mind. This is an accessible and welcoming experience for all.
