A special Service of Prayer and Meditation as Rev. Neema Cyrus-Franklin leads us through a spiritual practice including breathing, body prayers and singing bowls.
The focus is to intentionally “center down” and create space for release of difficult emotions in the heart space so that more healing, peace and love can enter in. Hope you’ll join us! Come dressed comfortably with your yoga mat, small blanket and open mind. This is an accessible and welcoming experience for all. Musically, we will be led by Samuel Reid, Tre’ Cyrus-Franklin as part of a jazz trio!
