During Black History Month, we tell the story of our African descendants in America who learned to trust God on our ongoing journey to freedom and liberation. Those who journeyed the Underground Railroad had to learn to interpret and follow the signs God provided to stay the course of faith. Let us march on till victory is won!
Jesus instructed the disciples to follow him up the mountain so they could bear witness to the Transfiguration. Though they were ready to tell the world what they had seen, Jesus told them to wait. Why wait? Timing is everything.
